Shipping, Return policy.
Customer accepts, takes notes and reads this policy and accepts this policy when ordering the product from Italian Handmade Boutique (IHB). IHB doesn’t take any responsibility if Customer/recipient does not work together with us, do not providing evidence, photo or video to prove circumstances. IHB denied all of case, return and refund where application doesn’t match following policy, Customer/recipient doesn’t have any photo or video documentation.

Shipping
1. IHB provide orders for free by USPS ground shipping from stock or from factory at the case of custom order.
1.1 Ship from stock: USPS ground shipping takes 4-8 business days, depends on the recipient’s location. If you want to get your order faster, you can choose faster shipping option at the time of the checkout with additional costs.
1.2. Ship from factory at the case of custom order: If you order custom made products the waiting and shipping time is depending of the product. Please ask information of production, waiting time, shipping time before the order. Custom orders may have special handling what the price doesn't included.
2. Shipping is always insured and protected by freight and IHB. IHB does not have any liability with third parties services, if Customer find any damage or circumstances at the time of delivery. Please take a picture and contact with us immediately.
2.1 Take note of the freight's waybill documents, make pictures for evidence and make sure that product does not have any minor damages that can effect the appropriate use of the Equipment.
2.2. If product has minor damages, do not accept it and call asap +1-754-204-8363 or do not take delivery. Photo and/or video documentation must have been take but has been take by Customer.
2.3. If Customer accepts shipment with damage but has not noticed the damage until after delivery, please call us at 1-800-201-7186 and/or send email with full photo documentation and description to italianhandmadeboutique@gmail.com. IHB will take care of any issues but IHB doesn't take any responsibility for broken parts or product after receiving.
RETURN / REFUNDS
1. IHB does accept return in 5 days after receiving, only when customer can provide information correctly and proof of evidence the reason of return. IHB take any responsibility for any bad result, issues, refund or return application by user fault.
1.1. IHB does not accept any liability for mistake, misunderstanding or misreading by the Customer if the Customer is disappointed.
2. IHB accept a return if it is unused, on the original pack and not broken. Customer must be provided by photo or video documentation. IHB will deny the return if product looks used, damaged or placed non original packing.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
Buyer acknowledges his responsibility to comply with all current safety and using requirements applicable to the purchased product IHB shall have no responsibility for the bad using, hitting or bad wearing of the product. IHB provide all of notice before purchasing on the website and product description.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY.
In no event shall seller be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to lost profits arising from or in any way connected with this agreement or items sold hereunder, whether alleged to arise from breach of contract, express or implied warranty, or in tort, including without limitation, negligence, failure to warn or strict liability.
NOTICES.
Any and all notices necessary or required to be given under the terms of this agreement or by law, shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given when delivered if delivered in person, or if sent by mail at the earlier of their receipt or three (3) days after the same have been deposited in United States mail, addressed and postage prepaid to such party at its address set forth on the front of this invoice.
